I found this recipe and it sounds weird,
but apparently it tastes really good.
For those of you who are brave enough to
try new things. This may work to introduce those
healthy probiotics to your kids.
1/3 cup sauerkraut (raw fermented of course)
½ cup tightly packed iceberg lettuce
One peeled kiwi
½ of an orange peeled and chopped
1½ cups water
1/2 cups ice cubes
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth and enjoy.
